AI Course Tutor (Inside the Academy)
Inside many of our online courses, you will see a AI Course Tutor chatbot. You can use it to:
- Ask questions about the course content
- Request examples, scenarios, or case illustrations
- Clarify definitions, models, or frameworks used in the course
- Answer in your language of choice
The chatbot is designed to focus on the course subject. It cannot help with:
- Billing or payment issues
- Login or account problems
- HRDC or administrative questions

1. Quick Start
Go to the Online Courses page and open any course. Each course page includes a short overview and a promo video to help you decide.
There are two enrolment routes:
- Standard enrolment: create an account and enrol at academy.coachingpen.com.
- HRDC-claimable enrolment: use elatih.hrdcorp.gov.my and follow your organisation’s HRDC process.
Use the chatbot on this website for quick guidance on courses and enrolment.
If you are inside the Academy, you can also use the CoachingPen Academy Support chatbot on the Academy Home page for login, enrolment, and navigation help.
Inside each course, the AI Course Tutor supports learning questions (explanations, examples, summaries, and translations of explanations).
2. Finding the Right Course
Open the course page on this website. You’ll find:
- A course overview and who it’s for
- Key outcomes
- A promo video
Start with your most urgent need (for example: leading teams, managing performance, negotiating, managing risk, or building emotional intelligence).
If you want a quick recommendation, use the website chatbot and describe your role and goals.
Yes. You can enrol in a single course, or take multiple courses over time.
If your organisation is claiming through HRDC, you can also purchase a discounted package of all eight courses through eLATiH (we do not offer smaller packages).
3. Registering and Enrolling
CoachingPen Academy (academy.coachingpen.com) is for direct self-enrolment by individuals and organisations.
e-LATiH (elatih.hrdcorp.gov.my) is the HRDC claimable enrolment route (subject to your organisation’s HRDC process).
For standard enrolment, payment is completed inside CoachingPen Academy during checkout.
Enrol through e-LATiH (elatih.hrdcorp.gov.my) following your organisation’s HRDC claim process.
4. Access, Language, and Learning Support
You have 12 months access from the date of enrolment (or purchase).
The courses are conducted in English.
Where available, you can enable subtitles in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese. We plan to add more languages over time.
Inside the course, the AI Course Tutor can explain concepts in your preferred language and help you apply ideas to your context.
Yes. While some examples may be Malaysia-based, the leadership principles and practical tools are broadly applicable in any country and industry.
If you want to localise the learning, the AI Course Tutor can help you adapt examples to your country, culture, and workplace scenarios.
5. HRDC and e-LATiH
HRDC (Human Resources Development Corporation) is a Malaysian government agency established to develop the nation’s human capital.
It is funded through mandatory contributions from eligible Malaysian employers, and those contributions can be claimed back by purchasing or subscribing to HRDC-approved training courses.Accordion Content

6. Chatbots and Email Support
The AI Course Tutor is available inside your course to support learning. It can explain concepts, give examples and summaries, and translate explanations into another language (where possible). This is currently not available on the eLATiH platform.
Use the website chatbot (or Academy Support chatbot) for course information, enrolment guidance, discount-code questions, and navigation help.
Use the AI Course Tutor for course-content questions and study support inside the course.
